About Me
Khadijah was born and raised in Richmond, Va, where she got her BFA in Theatre Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has played everything from Coming of Age and romantic interests, to war criminals and religious deities. Passionate about the portrayal of the Black experience in theatre, as well as the ongoing fight for equity and representation, Khadijah was one of the founding members of VCU's Black Theatre Association, and served as its Vice President for two years. The knowledge and tools she gained from those experiences she continues to use throughout her practice today. Khadijah brings a joyful and generous energy to every production, while maintaining a grounded, and professional atmosphere. In her free time, you can find Khadijah with her nose in a book.
